Combining knowledge with know-how is the aim of the collaboration protocol established between the Associação Torrejana de Ensino Profissional (ATEP) /Escola Profissional de Torres Novas (EPTN) and Grupo J.J. Louro.
Aware that bringing the school closer to the labour market is a decisive factor in the training of future qualified, responsible and autonomous professionals, and an added value for the integral formation of each student, the ETPN and the Louro Group have signed a document that provides for internships and the creation of synergies to promote the employment of students and former students of this professional school.
The protocol signed is based on two fundamental axes. On the one hand, to stimulate the acquisition and development of technical, relational and organisational skills relevant to the professional qualification to be acquired by the trainees. On the other, to encourage new professional practices that contribute to the development of the Group’s business competitiveness.
The agreement reinforces the Group’s commitment to integrate qualified young people in its companies, and is mainly aimed at students on the following courses: Computer Operator; Commercial Technician; Communications and Digital Services Technician; Communications, Marketing, Public Relations and Advertising Technician; Management Technician; Computer Equipment Management Technician; Computer Systems Management and Programming Technician; and Logistics Technician.
