The fourth edition of the Grupo Louro Magazine is already in distribution and is dedicated to Quality, a bet that has been the guideline of the J.J. Louro Group, since its creation, and that will continue to be one of the main objectives for 2023.
We are talking about the quality of the products, the quality of the production processes, the packaging, the transport and the after-sales service. Without forgetting where it all begins: the quality of the raw materials. Therefore, we introduce you to one of our main wood-based panels suppliers, Sonae Arauco, in an interview with Alexandra Vilariça Xavier, which marks the beginning of the “Meeting with Suppliers” section.
We also highlight the new automatic production line at Lusocolchão in Santarém, the new organisation in the production of upholstery, both in Amiais de Cima and Santarém, and the new production support office, in a central location in the Amiais industrial complex.
Under the heading “HR in action” we present the Human Resources Development Department’s new programme – Friend Brings Friend. This enables employees to recommend their friends and family members to JJLouro vacancies.
