The purpose of the visits/training sessions that have been carried out in Amiais de Cima is to show the clients the structure of the J.J. Louro Group and give an insight into each production process until the finished product.
On 12 and 18 October the Group welcomed sales teams from Moviflor shops in Viseu, Coimbra and Aveiro. At the end of an intense day of visits and training, the general opinion of the teams is that they acquired “baggage” to answer even the most demanding clients, who like to ask very specific and technical questions.
Everyone stressed the importance of knowing the articles “inside and out”, of knowing the materials used in their production and the manufacturing methods, in order to transmit confidence and trust to the final customer.
