At J.J. Louro Group, opportunities to learn happen every day, but on some days these opportunities are formalised in an activity we call Experience Day.
This was the case on 11 October, when we welcomed a team of Moviflor sales staff from the Aveiro, Viseu and Coimbra shops for a day totally dedicated to deepening their knowledge of how the various manufacturing units that make up the Group work, as well as the articles created or processed in them.
It was an opportunity for the trainees to get to know the different sectors, from Production to Human Resources Development, Communication, Logistics and Purchasing, and to meet their managers who explained the different processes and shared their experiences.
Accompanying the transformation of raw materials to the finished product on display in the showroom, which is now even more appealing after being remodelled and improved, is, according to the trainees, “an excellent way of getting to know the articles and making them stand out in front of customers in the shop”.
