Miraterra renews walls of Praça Central and Alcanede Parish Council

Miraterra was the company selected to carry out the requalification work in the central urban area of the town of Alcanede and the reconstruction of the supporting wall next to the parish council headquarters.

The redevelopment work in the central square consisted of rehabilitating the retaining wall, which delimits the Alcanede Stream Valley, and reorganising the pavements of the walkway and the EN361 road.

This intervention was a continuation of the work carried out in the first phase and aimed at guaranteeing better safety conditions for the population and beautifying this noble area of the town.

In the contract to rebuild the supporting wall next to the Parish Council headquarters, which was at risk of collapsing and compromising the safety of passers-by, local traffic and neighbouring buildings, Miraterra demolished the existing wall and built a new concrete wall covered in ornamental stone in different shades. This ensured both stability and aesthetics.
