Lomm was distinguished by the Commission for Equality in Labour and Employment – CITE, for its good practices in promoting Equal Pay for Women and Men for equal work or work of equal value, with the “Equal Pay Seal” 2023.
The award came on Tuesday 14 November, National Equal Pay Day in Portugal.A date that is not fixed, since it represents the number of working days in which women virtually stop being paid, while men continue to receive their salaries.The honour is awarded annually by CITE to companies with a pay gap between 1 and -1, based on the Adjusted Gender Pay Gap.This year, CITE awarded the Equal Pay Seal to 14,114 companies, with a total of 29,5661 employees, that promote equal pay for women and men in Portugal.Lomm is proud to be one of them!
