‘Escolar’ tables and ‘Beça’ chairs from Lomm were the pieces chosen to equip a training room at the Infante D. Henrique Nautical School (ENIDH) in Paço de Arcos, Oeiras.
With capacity for 80 students or trainees, the room was fitted out by Lomm at the request of Mystic Cruises, a company belonging to the MysticInvest holding of Portuguese businessman Mário Ferreira.
Mystic Cruises receives students from the ENIDH, the only higher education institution in Portugal that offers training to merchant navy officers and senior executives in the maritime-port sector, for internships on its ships.
Lightweight but sturdy, the ‘Beça’ chair is versatile enough to be used in different spaces, with guaranteed comfort and convenience for any type of physiognomy.
Together with the ‘Escolar’ table, also from Lomm, it forms a multi-purpose pair that makes it easy to change the layout of the furniture according to the needs of the room.
