To help our community grow, we built a daycare center in Amiais de Cima in 2011, available to all Group Employees, with the aim of improving family balance and well-being alongside their professional lives. It was named “Creche Mãe Celeste” in honor of the mother of Commander Joaquim José Louro Pereira.
On May 4th, it celebrated 10 years of existence and to mark that date, the Institution was present at our headquarters premises with the objective of launching a movement of affections. “Clothesline for affection” was placed in our cafeteria with messages of encouragement to share them. There are about 100 different messages that will be available during the month of May at our facilities to inspire our employees to join this movement.
