The first working day of 2022 is marked in the JJLouro Group by the admission of a dozen new employees that come to strengthen the Group and help it become bigger and stronger.
Before signing the contracts, the employees were welcomed by the Department of Human Resources Development (DDRH) with a brief introduction to the history and philosophy of the Group. Each employee also received a welcome letter and a welcome kit to feel integrated in the big J.J. Louro family.
This procedure is part of the new Welcome & Integration Plan of the DDRH J.J. Louro Group and aims to facilitate the quick and proper integration of new employees in the company and in the role they will play; standardize and professionalize the practices of integration of new employees and promote the connection between employees and company.
