J.J. Louro has signed a cooperation protocol with CENFIM Santarém – Centro de Formação Profissional da Indústria Metalúrgica e Metalomecânica (Metalworking and Metalworking Industries Vocational Training Center). Through this cooperation agreement, students from CENFIM will be able to work as interns in companies belonging to the J.J. Louro Group. The document also foresees the development of synergies to promote the employment of students and former students of this training center. The technical training areas are Industrial Maintenance, Metallurgy and Metalworking; Hygiene and Safety at Work; Mechatronics; and Welding.
CENFIM trainees will thus have the opportunity to be part of a company with 40 years of history of knowing how to do it right, training, putting into practice and sharing the knowledge acquired in an entity with a relevant role in preparing current and future professionals in the metallurgical and electromechanical sector in the region.
