Last 30 November another ceremony took place as part of the programme dedicated to the J.J. Louro Group’s employees who did retire in the second half of 2022.
In the auditorium of the Group’s head office, in Amiais de Cima, the former employees were welcomed by the Administration, Dr. Ricardo Pereira, by the Director of the Human Resources Development Department (HRDD), Elsa Benavente, by the Human Resources Manager, Natércia Pereira, and by Isabel Brissos, who praised the years of work and dedication of the former employees.
After the ceremony, a moment always marked by some emotion, with the sharing of stories and experiences, a visit to the showroom followed.
This is yet another joint initiative of the Board and the DDRH aimed at reinforcing the Group’s philosophy of valuing each stage of its Employees’ professional life.
