Elsa Benavente, director of the Human Resources Development Department (DDRH) of the J.J. Louro Group, was invited to the HR After Work held in Leiria on 5 June.
“What we do to get you to come and work with us” was the theme that led to the sharing of knowledge and experiences, both by the director of the DDRH and by her fellow panellists, Pedro Cardoso, human resources director at the AOC Group, and Sara Alberto, human resources manager at Monliz Portugal.
Conducted by consultant Anabela Chastre and European University professor Isabel Moço, the meeting took place at the Paddock Bar and was supported by the promoters of the first edition of the “Talent Summit” in the city: Startup Leiria, Multipessoal and Editora RH.
HR After Work is a bimonthly social and networking event that, since 2012, has brought together management professionals, especially people management, in an informal after-work get-together.
