On 12 April, a ceremony was held to honour the employees of the J.J. Louro Group who have retired in recent months.
The sharing of stories and experiences, in a moment marked by emotion, took place in the auditorium of the Group’s headquarters in Amiais de Cima. Here, the former employees were welcomed by the Board of Directors, the Human Resources Development Department (DDRH) and the Human Resources Administrative Department, as well as Isabel Brissos, Ricardo Pinto and Fernando Silva, representing the managers.
Honouring retiring employees is a way of thanking them for their years of work and dedication, and is the result of a joint initiative by the Board of Directors and the Human Resources Development Department, which reflects the Group’s philosophy of valuing each stage of employees’ professional lives.
After the ceremony, the former employees were invited to visit the Showroom, where they were able to see many of the items that they helped produce while working.
