On 24 September, a ceremony was held to honour the employees of the J.J. Louro Group who have retired in recent months.
Welcomed by the Board of Directors, the Human Resources Development Department (DDRH) and the Human Resources Administrative Department, as well as by Isabel Brissos and Fernando Silva, the former employees shared stories and experiences from their years of work in this house that was common to them.
With emotions running high, the meeting took place in the auditorium of the Group’s head office in Amiais de Cima, and also included a visit to the Showroom, where the former employees were able to see many of the articles that they helped to produce while working.
The tribute to retiring employees is intended to thank them for their years of work and dedication, and is the result of a joint initiative by the Board of Directors and the DDRH, which reflects the Group’s philosophy of valuing each stage of employees’ professional lives.
