After the tribute paid in Amiais de Cima to the employees that worked in the companies of the J.J. Louro Group until they left due to retirement, the Administration, together with the Human Resources Development Department, also paid tribute to the employees of LOMM, in Agueda, that ended their professional career during the year 2021.
In a small ceremony that took place at the Showroom of the company dedicated to office furniture, metal furniture and the production of metal structures and hardware for the furniture industry, each employee received a souvenir and a letter that recalls the path of professionalism and commitment that, for years, has united employees and the Group. The same letter, signed by the Administration, also congratulates each of the employees for the new stage of life they are beginning.
The joint initiative of the Administration and the Human Resources Development Department reinforces the Group’s philosophy of valuing every stage of its employees’ professional lives, and will be repeated every year from now on.
