As a way of thanking and acknowledging all those who work in the companies of J.J. Louro Group until they retire, the Administration, together with the Human Resources Development Department, decided to mark the event with a small ceremony.
Some of the employees that finished their professional career at Grupo J.J. Louro during the year 2021 were received on November 11th in the Auditorium, in Amiais de Cima, where, in a moment of sharing, they recalled the circumstances in which they started working for the Group and some of the adventures they went through during their several years of work, many of them in the company of the Group’s founder, Joaquim Louro or “Quim Zé”, as they knew him.
The moment was also marked by a visit to the Showroom, where the former employees could see the finished products on display to which they had contributed in some way in the different functions they performed before retirement.
Each employee received a souvenir and a letter that emphasizes the working relationship that united them to the Group, for years, in a path made of professionalism and commitment. The lines signed by the Administration also congratulate each of the employees for the new stage of life they are beginning.
This is a joint initiative of the Administration and the Human Resources Development Department that will be replicated in the coming years and that reinforces the Group’s philosophy of valuing each stage of its employees’ professional life.
