Middle management from the various companies within the J.J. Louro Group gathered for the 1st Middle Management Meeting, held on 18 March in Rio Maior.
With around 60 participants, the meeting, jointly conceived by the Administration and the Department of Human Resources Development (DDRH), had as its main objective to approach the importance of union and alignment with the Group’s culture, as well as to improve the interpersonal and interdepartmental relationship, cooperation and collaboration in common processes.
In addition to interventions by the Administration, the DDRH, the Department of the Environment and Safety at Work (DAST), the Human Resources Administrative Department (DARH) and the Production sector, there were also group dynamics carried out by the ATEC Training Academy. Specialised in the specific qualification needs of industry, this Academy will be responsible for a training plan, soon to be launched in the Group.
