The Human Resources Development (HRD) team of the J.J. Louro Group participated in the Transnational Meeting of the European TAGIF project – Transnational Apprenticeship for Green and Inclusive Futures, which took place on 15 and 16 December 2025, at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém. The main objective of the Group’s participation was to share best practices in the areas of social responsibility, inclusion and digital transformation, promoting an open dialogue on concrete experiences and real challenges faced by organisations.
This meeting brought together partners from Portugal, Spain and France to assess the impact of the work carried out by trainees trained at the MasterClass held in June in Nice, focused on digital transition, environmental sustainability and inclusion policies. For the J.J. Louro Group, participation in this forum represented a strategic opportunity for collaborative learning, reinforcing its commitment to responsible innovation and the joint development of solutions that respond to the current challenges of the world of work.
