The Human Resources Development team of the J.J. Louro Group, represented by Elsa Benavente and Cláudia Couto, participated in Global Talent Day 2025, the largest meeting on talent and the future of work in Portugal, which took place on 21 October at the Lisbon Technology Forum (Lispolis).
After participating as guest speakers in 2024, this year we were present as participants and observers, keeping up with the latest trends and practices in Employee Experience 360º — the central theme of this edition.
The event, organised by IIRH & RHmagazine, brought together more than 500 human resources professionals and featured over 30 speakers, practical workshops and an exhibition and networking space. Throughout the day, topics such as the digitisation of the employee experience, the impact of the workplace on well-being, leadership models in hybrid contexts, and new approaches to compensation and recognition in companies were discussed.
The participation of the J.J. Louro Pereira team reinforces the Group’s commitment to innovation in people management, valuing internal talent and building more human, integrated and motivating experiences throughout the employee’s life cycle.
