Elsa Benavente, Director of Human Resources Development at the J.J. Louro Group, was one of the speakers at the round table ‘Innovative strategies in training and developing talent’ at Global Talent Day 2024, which took place on 8 October at the Lisbon Technology Forum.
At a panel moderated by Paulo Peixoto, ATEC’s Director for the Northern region, and which also included Marta Fortunato, Director of Talent Management and Organisational Development Learning Centre at The Navigator Company; Carlos Rocha, Vice President Human Resources & General Administration at Amkor Technology; and Maria Alves, People Development Coordinator at Worten, Elsa Benavente highlighted the importance of training programmes at the J.J. Louro Group as ‘essential tools for change’.
Global Talent Day is one of the biggest national events in the area of Human Resources, organised annually by RH Magazine by IIRH, and this year debated Innovation, Humanisation and Leadership in the Digital Age.
