The Human Resources Development Department of J.J. Louro Pereira Group was present at Expo RH, one of the biggest Human Resources events in Portugal, promoted by Abilways Portugal. Elsa Benavente, director of the department, integrated the round table where “Learning with meaning, to add value to the Employee and the Organization” was debated. Moderated by Nuno Jorge, Head of Sales – Training and Consultancy of Abilways Portugal, the table also counted with the presence of Filipa Castro Henriques, Director of the Department of Talent Promotion in Cascais City Hall, Margarida Azevedo Head of Learning of EDP and Filipa David, Director of Human Resources & Happiness in Água Monchique. The event, which took place between March 23 and 24, brought together more than 70 speakers at the Estoril Congress Center to debate best practices in HR.
