J.J. Louro Human Resources Development Department (HRDD), represented by Elsa Benavente and Liliana Fraústo, was present at Global Talent Day 2022, a meeting of professionals from the sector that took place on 25 October, in Lisbon.
According to the Institute of Information in Human Resources (IIHR), responsible for the organisation, Global Talent Day is an event “full of inspiring stories that advocate excellence and disruption in HR”.
The event, which featured several lectures, workshops, round tables and presentation of case studies, addressed essential HR topics such as coaching in the development of leaders, the technological digital transformation, but also human, the challenges of recruitment: the search for the right talent; change management: challenges or opportunities, among others.
