Sellers from HomyCasa shops in Sintra (Rio de Mouro), Seixal (Paio Pires), Alverca (Forte da Casa), Aveiro (Estarreja), Montijo and online shop were in the facilities of the J.J. Louro Group, in Amiais de Cima, for visit and training.
The visits, with around 10 elements per team, took place on 22 and 28 September and 10 and 11 October.
After a brief presentation of the J.J. Louro Group, the visitors got to know the different furniture, sofas and mattresses production units, walking around the factory floor and following all the production process phases. At the end, they visited the Showroom, where they had contact with the finished articles.
All the teams emphasised that knowing the manufacturing process of the articles and the care put into the finishes and every detail is essential to better answer any question or doubt of the customers in the shop.
