Filled with female memories, this was yet another ceremony to thank and present gifts to J.J. Louro Group employees who have retired in recent months, this time, and for the first time, to a group made up solely of women.
Coming from different sections of J.J. Louro and with many years of work, the ladies were welcomed on 12 October in the Auditorium of the Group’s headquarters in Amiais de Cima by Ricardo Pereira, representing the Board of Directors, Elsa Benavente and Catarina Camilo, from the Human Resources Development Department, Natércia Pereira, from the Human Resources Administrative Department and Isabel Brissos.
“Being here today is a source of pride for us. This initiative is being held to honour and thank you for your work, your dedication and your time in this company, which has helped us get to where we are today,” said Ricardo Pereira on behalf of the Board of Directors and all the managers.
The tribute to employees reaching retirement is a joint initiative of the Board of Directors and the DDRH, which reflects the Group’s philosophy of valuing every stage of employees’ professional lives.
After the ceremony, the employees visited the showroom, where they were able to see the items, they once helped to produce, on display.
