The students of the Logistics Technician course, from the IEFP Santarém Professional Training Center, have visited J.J. Louro Group premises, in Amiais de Cima.
The study visit of about fifteen students from the Adult Education and Training class was part of the Management of Indicators module, taught by teacher Patrícia Gil, and had the objective of getting to know the Group’s production units and how they are organized on a daily basis in terms of logistics.
This and other courses provided by the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP) presuppose a component of practical training in a work context, for which the companies of J.J. Louro Group are receptive, supporting the integration of trainees and promoting the development and acquisition of knowledge and technical, relational and organizational skills relevant to the exercise of their future professional activities.
