Miraterra was responsible for the refurbishment of the Municipal Building in Praça Marechal Carmona to house the Company Space/Citizen Space in Alcanena.
Located in the historic area of the town of Alcanena, the building with a total area of 170 m2, which was in a state of advanced disrepair, was rehabilitated in such a way as to preserve as much of its identity and memory as possible on the outside.
Inside the building, and due to its functional needs, Miraterra demolished the walls, increasing the available area and providing it with features such as accessibility, air conditioning and comfort, in order to adapt the original building to the demands and needs of its current functions.
