The new 294-room Andy student residence opened at the beginning of September next to the University of Minho’s Gualtar campus in Braga.
The private residence is equipped with items developed by the XXXI Architecture Studio through a partnership with the J.J. Louro Group, including shelving and metal beds (with bed frame) produced by Lomm and mattresses from the Classic Suite range, which is part of Lusocolchão’s specific hotel offer.This model of residence, with various options, from single rooms with common areas for two, to studios, to single rooms with bathrooms, began in Covilhã two years ago and also includes Lomm beds and Lusocolchão mattresses.Andy’s motto is “to provide the best student life away from home”. And the motto of the Louro Group companies is to provide the best comfort for students, at home or away from home.
