On 26 September, the J.J. Louro Group held a ceremony at its headquarters in Amiais de Cima to honour employees who recently retired.
The event was attended by the Board of Directors, the Human Resources Development Department (DDRH), the Human Resources Administrative Department, Fernando Silva and also Mrs Isabel Brissos, wife of the founder, Commander Joaquim José Louro Pereira, who made a point of joining in this moment of recognition.
In an atmosphere of closeness, gratitude and shared memories, tribute was paid to those who, with commitment and professionalism, helped build the Group’s growth and solidity over decades.
A visit to the Group’s Showroom allowed those honoured to revisit the results of their work — products that reflect quality, innovation and dedication.
Also at the Lomm facilities in Águeda, two employees who recently ended their professional careers were recognised and received a symbolic memento as a token of appreciation.
This initiative, which is already part of the J.J. Louro Group’s culture of recognition, reinforces its commitment to valuing each stage of its employees’ professional lives, emphasising that collective success stems from the individual contribution of each person who is part of this story.
