On 17 May, more than 130 participants came together for the J.J. Louro Group’s 2nd Family Walk for a memorable day of contact with nature, sharing and physical activity. The chosen setting was the stunning natural space of Olhos d’Água, in Alcanena, where the 7 kilometre route began with a more physically demanding stretch – quickly rewarded with views of the region’s natural landscapes.
More than just a walk, this was a true intergenerational gathering that brought together employees, family and friends in an informal, healthy and relaxed atmosphere. The event continued with a lively picnic lunch, strengthening the bonds between all those present and promoting the community spirit that defines us.
The afternoon was filled with activities designed for all ages: zumba classes, inflatables for the younger ones and traditional games that brought lots of laughter and good humour.
The Family Walk, part of the J.J. Louro Group’s ‘May: Month of Health and Well-being’ programme, saw the active involvement of various departments within the Group and the support of our Partners. Together, everyone made it possible to celebrate what really matters: health, well-being and team spirit.
